How Kevin Rose Lost 10 lbs in Two Weeks

Digg.com founder Kevin Rose posted on his blog earlier this month outlining how he dropped 10 lbs in two weeks. Some of Kevin’s tips are:

-Don’t drink Monday-Thursday. On the weekends, 2-3max with Red Wine for the resveratrol.
– A daily multivitamin, omega-3, and antioxidant (talk to your doctor!).
– 2-3 cups of green, white, or oolong tea per day.
