Selling BANS Sites = Quick Cash
A while ago I told you about BANS (Build a Niche Store). Since then I’ve made quite a bit of money with ShoeWinner.com selling merchandise and from advertising. This is my primary BANS site and I don’t plan on selling it any time soon.
However, the great thing about the BANS software is that you can launch a completely automated eBay site in about 15 minutes. That’s what I’ve been doing for the last few weeks now. The cost of a domain name is around $9 and a featured eBay listing is $12. Not a bad deal to launch a business for only $21.
As always, I research my niche and create the site based around what’s hot right now. The last site I made and sold was surrounding the BlackBerry and mobile accessories niche.
eBay doesn’t allow the sale of digital items, as I’ve posted about before. However, it doesn’t appear they are enforcing this new rule and thousands of sellers continue to sell eBooks, downloads, websites etc.
If you can create about 7 sites a week (which shouldn’t be hard), and sell them for around $40+ (double your original cost), you’re golden and it’s a guaranteed strategy to make some money.
UPDATE: I forgot to add this — you cannot resell the BANS software, as they only allow one owner per purchase. You need to specify in your auction description that the buyer must buy their own installation of BANS. You can also have them buy it via your own ClickBank affiliate link.

I don’t like this idea much Chris. It seems like a heck of a lot of work to make $20. Also, you didn’t mention the articles that you write to get links to the BANs site.
Keeping the sites yourself should result in over $20 a year profit I think with the potential to sell the sites for much more later.
