Did You Download Firefox Yesterday?

As you may or may not know, I’m a big fan of Firefox as my primary internet browser. I parted ways with Internet Explorer long ago and have made Firefox my #1 choice.
Yesterday Mozilla released Firefox 3.0 to the public and attempted to set a world record for the “most downloads in one day”. They didn’t think it out quite well enough, because most of the afternoon their site was down… wouldn’t load… nothing!
You would think a company like Mozilla would have their bricks together tighter than that, but apparently not.
I ended up finally getting Firefox at about 4:30 p.m. CST and boy, that’s fast browsing! I’ve never surfed so fast in my life – honestly!
If you haven’t downloaded it yet, go get it!

It’s fast but the place where you type URLs became complicated and urghh…it kinda kills me when i download lots of stuffs at once and FireFox just does not respond. 👿

I already found a bug… Firefox 3.0 doesn’t render Google’s CSS when you log into AdSense, AdWords, Analytics or Webmaster Tools. It displays the text in big bold times font. I’m sure they’ll patch that this week.

I’m not keen to beta test the new code. I’ll wait until the first security patch and bug-fix version comes out.
Hopefully it doesn’t break existing plugins.
