Twitter Traffic Recommends: BlogRolled and TubeMogul
I’ve written about Twitter before and how I’ve become a big fan of it as of lately. One of the great things about using Twitter is to see the instant updates of your friends and colleagues.
During the last couple of days, I’ve seen a lot of people Twittering about two services in particular, BlogRolled.com and TubeMogul.com.
What is BlogRolled.com?
If you’re a blogger, then you know what a Blogroll is… a list of links to other bloggers. But how about if you got paid for adding bloggers to your Blogroll? I’d like that!
BlogRolled.com allows you to sell spots on your blog (links) to sites that pay for it. It’s a sneaky way to hide selling direct links, but it’s picking up quite a bit of attention lately.
You can sign up for free as a publisher (makes you money) or as advertiser (spend money/get traffic).
What is TubeMogul.com?
Adding video content to your website is the next big thing and I truly feel that if you’re not using videos in some way, you’re missing out. Videos can bring you loads of traffic and quickly grow your website following. If your first priority is content, consider supplementing it on the odd occasion with some video.
TubeMogul.com is a service that publishes your videos to numerous other partner sites for maximum exposure. Similar to uploading a video to YouTube, TubeMogul.com allows you to upload your video and then sends it off to various sources. Some of the sites your video is fed to are YouTube, MySpace, Google, Revver, Yahoo and Metacafe.
