Bum Marketing Method Update

Way back in the day (about 5 months ago) I wrote about the Bum Marketing Method, an easy way to generate traffic to your site by writing articles. Since then I’ve used this method to create “fast cash” for myself. Instead of focusing on bringing traffic to my blog or other sites, I’ve been solely putting my effort into pushing traffic towards affiliate offers from various networks. I figured out the numbers and on average, I’m bringing in about $210 a day simply from writing articles.

What’s the point of this post?

Well, a lot of people think that the Bum Marketing Method is a hit or miss. Some people succeed with it and many more people simply bomb. The difference between those two categories of people is that one of them is driven to succeed and the other doesn’t really care whether they make money or not. The reason I’m bringing this up today is because one of my readers who read my original post in September e-mailed me yesterday complaining how crappy my recommendation was that they try writing articles. Apparently this person took time off work to write 50 articles and made about $20. That wasn’t a very wise move. Without having read any of his articles, I can’t say exactly why he failed, but he probably did something wrong. 😈

However, that was only one person. I have many more who appreciate my advice and have taken it to become successful by writing articles. In fact, I know about 3 people who are using this method to generate a full time income for themselves. I could do that too, but I can’t think of that much jabber to write about and I think I’d develop carpel tunnel syndrome at a quicker rate than I currently am.

Basically what I’m saying here is that the Bum Marketing Method isn’t dead. Many people have just forgotten about it or need a little push of encouragement to get started. So take this post as a kick in the pants to get going and start firing off those articles as fast you can. You’ll be glad you did.
