20 Quick Ways to Increase Your Alexa Rank

I came across a post by Dosh Dosh this week which outlines a list of methods to help increase your Alexa ranking. The only two suggestions I’ve put to the test are adding an Alexa ranking widget in the sidebar and using the Alexa toolbar. I’ll keep an eye on things to see if anything changes. Try it out yourself and let me know if you have success.

Another Blog Bites the Dust

CashQuests.net sold earlier this week for $15,000.00. Congratulations to the owner on the sale via SitePoint. I noticed with many bloggers that the main reason they choose to sell is due to personal commitments in life where they can no longer afford to allocate the time needed to maintain their sites. Earlier last month, BloggingFingers.com sold for over $6,000.00.

What is Advertising?

For my newbie readers, I thought I would pass along a site that explains in detail what the different levels of internet advertising consist of.  Even if you’re not a noob, I’m always surprised at how many people don’t know what CPA, PPC etc. stand for.  Mark Cole breaks it down in a post that explains each term.

    I read that Alexa post by Dosh Dosh as well. Applied six of the method and it works. I am sure it will work for you as well 😀
