More Food
I forgot to add the picture of my Thanksgiving dinner last week. Basically what you’re looking at here are cabbage rolls, potatoes, turkey (obviously), mixed greens and some stuffing. There were other things too, but I ran out of room on my plate. Looks good, doesn’t it? 🙂
Guest Blogger
Tomorrow I’ll be guest posting on Average Joe Blogger. Nate will be on vacation for a little bit and has asked his fellow bloggers to contribute in his absence. I’ve always liked the idea of guest posting as it gives readers a chance to see what other authors have to offer. If anyone would like to submit a guest post to Money Making Scoop, feel free to use the contact form and I’ll be happy to showcase your written work.
Canada to Drop the Penny?
There’s been a lot of news this week about retailers wanting the Canadian Mint to drop the penny. I’m split on the issue. First of all, it’s always good when you can lighten your wallet and reduce the amount of change you have. On the other hand, how would eliminating the penny exactly work? Say I go into a store and don’t have exact change… how would I get back any currency less than a nickel? Would they just round up? More from CTV News.

Just Joking. Anyway, One cents can be useful at times when paying bills.
