Generate New Leads and Followers with TwitterHawk

December 2nd, 2009 posted by · 1 Comment

I’ve recently been introduced to a new service called TwitterHawk, which aims to help you create more leads, gain followers, drive more traffic to your site and help makeĀ  you more money — all while using Twitter. The free service gives you credits to start, and then you purchase more as needed for 5 cents each.

What TwitterHawk does is allow you to set up searches based on your niche or keyword to find other users who are talking about a certain subject. For example, if I’m launching a new book about painting, I could set up a search like: “painting near:Toronto within:5mi.” This would find Twitter users talking about painting within 5 miles of my target city; in this case, Toronto. I can then set up a pre-set response to tweet out automatically to these users with a link to my book. Or I can adjust my settings to have the tweet sit in standby mode before being sent out, so I can manually approve it to make sure it pertains to the tweet and wasn’t taken out of context.

The current cost-per-click (CPC) on the links being generated via TweetHawk is around 2 cents, which is lower than any other PPC advertising platform out there.

Take a look at how you would start a new campaign:

If you get stuck along the way, consult the site’s FAQ page. It took me a couple minutes to completely grasp what TwitterHawk was at first, but now that I’m familiar with it, this is an awesome way to generate new leads, followers, commissions, contacts, etc.

Damn, that is a very low CPC… I think I’ll wait a while before checking this out. I’ve been MIA from Twitter anyways.
