Summertime as an Internet Marketer

August 11th, 2008 posted by · No Comments

I was talking to a few internet marketers on a conference call last week and someone brought up the issue of taking a few weeks off during summer, or working shorter days. I completely related to this, because since July I’ve been working maybe 4 hours a day, while spending the other part of the day outside doing summer activities.

Being where I live (Canada), there are only a few weeks out of the year where it’s really hot (80°F or so) and taking advantage of this weather is a necessity.

But the great thing about internet marketing is that you can get away with only working a few hours a day and not significantly jeopardize your income because of it. Another marketer on the conference call said he only puts in 15 minutes a day. I’m not sure how much money he makes, but it either can’t be that much or I need to figure out what the heck he’s doing!

What about you? Have the summer months got you itching to get away from the keyboard and buckle down again come September?

Share any thoughts you have in the comments. I’d love to hear your feedback.
