I&#039;ve been going to weight watchers for a long while now and have lost 17 lbs. I started at 234 so It&#039;s amazing what it feels like to lose that weight. I have a way to go (current weight: 218) but it&#039;s getting easier.

As for protein shakes, try adding a half cup of blueberries or mango to your shake. I also use the chocolate flavored whey protein powder for added flavor. Mainly I have these for breakfast because they are filling and get me going right away in the morning.

Here&#039;s my shake:
1 banana
1/2 cup blueberries or mango or other frozen berry
1 cup 1% milk
1 scoop whey protein powder (chocolate)
1 tsp ground flaxseed

optional: 1 tbsp peanut butter

Men&#039;s Health has some great variations on this shake.</description>
