They forget, but they never forgive. They still disallow one of my company's AdWord copies because the name has been trademarked by another. Dispite all the letters explaining the company outdating the trademark and them being in completely separate industries, nothing.

Speaking of Yahoo... I agree, they need to get out of that Beta stage already. As far as the Yahoo Search marketing goes, they are pretty hands on and on top of everything. I signed on with them a couple of days back, and I am no big spender there, but still got a call from them today, asking me to set up a time with Ally (my rep) so we can go over how to make the most of the ad campaigns. I was impressed.

Chris,

I think you should contact them again, but in a roundabout way. Visit a few of the Google employees personal blogs, now I know this may take a bit to get a 'comment relationship' going, but they might be able to put you in a 'good word' for you. I know one of my friends did this and was in a similar position to you. If you have lots of niche blogs then you're probably best to keep going at it, or maybe get another ads service.

That is sad. Sorry Chris.  I am still debating or not whether or not to ad Adsense on my Blog. I really don't care to with all the issues I hear about it. There are many ways to make income streams. Although Google does like to rule the Universe.

That's horrendous, Google operates as a law unto itself, yet ultimately they'd be nowhere without any of US.

They should have had the courtesy to first alert you to the situation, allow you the opportunity to explain what happened, and then adjudicate.

When it isn't clear whether or not a breach of Terms has occurred, it wouldn't hurt to give the accused a second chance, after all, if you're actually attempting to defraud them, it wouldn't take long to figure out.

You strike me as being smart enough to find a more profitable alternative;-D

I gave up on Adsense several months ago. I noticed that one day all my revenue was blocked and though I still had an account and could see thousands of impressions and clicks happening, I saw nothing for it. I have been removing adsense from all of my sites since.
