I agree, they need to get out of that Beta stage already. As far as the Yahoo Search marketing goes, they are pretty hands on and on top of everything. I signed on with them a couple of days back, and I am no big spender there, but still got a call from them today, asking me to set up a time with Ally (my rep) so we can go over how to make the most of the ad campaigns. Visit a few of the Google employees personal blogs, now I know this may take a bit to get a 'comment relationship' going, but they might be able to put you in a 'good word' for you. I know one of my friends did this and was in a similar position to you. If you have lots of niche blogs then you're probably best to keep going at it, or maybe get another ads service. Chris,

They should have had the courtesy to first alert you to the situation, allow you the opportunity to explain what happened, and then adjudicate. When it isn't clear whether or not a breach of Terms has occurred, it wouldn't hurt to give the accused a second chance, after all, if you're actually attempting to defraud them, it wouldn't take long to figure out. I noticed that one day all my revenue was blocked and though I still had an account and could see thousands of impressions and clicks happening, I saw nothing for it.
