Remembering the Fallen Soldiers
Today is Remembrance Day in Canada, as well as in other countries (Australia and the United Kingdom). It’s a day to reflect on the sacrifices our soldiers made for us to have the freedom we do today. It’s also a day to remember the more than 116,000 men and women who have laid down their lives in defence of Canada.
Today is also Veterans Day in the U.S.
Back from the Blog World Expo
I’m now back from the Blog World Expo. It was the first conference I’ve attended since I started this blog. It was also a very busy couple of days full of useful information, networking and excitement. I met with a few people from Kontera and Technorati. Nice people.
I didn’t see John Chow or ShoeMoney though. I must have been in the wrong place at the wrong time. I was hoping to get a picture with the leaders of the blog world. Maybe next year.
My Blog is Not For Sale
After my post on Friday I’ve received a few offers from interested buyers who want to buy it. Sorry guys, it’s not for sale. But I’m honoured you like Money Making Scoop that much. Maybe I’ll sell it when it’s valued at over $100k. Hmm, actually I can’t do that… I could never sell a blog. Remember what I said on Friday? 😛
