I understand the government considering the income as something that would offset her unemployment checks. But they should only reduce her checks and not eliminate because of the small revenue source.

To be honest I don’t think this will affect so many people. Even though it’s low in this case I can understand how they think. If you spend your days working you should not get money every week because you can’t support yourself. In this case it’s just a low amount, but I can see how they are thinking.
