Affiliate marketing is a great way to earn extra money, but it is also something that would make you lose money. New marketers believe that they could instantly earn the money without much work, but work is definitely needed. Market Leverage has a few easy offers that shouldn’t cost you much to market, but if you decide to market heavily on an offer that would probably not return much, you are at risk of losing more than you can handle.

New marketers should take it easy and test out all boundaries before going big.

One of the best tips I could give as someone still fairly new to this game is get set up with a company that offers referral or tiered payment plans. I have made good money with different programs simply because someone I referred under me made a ton of sales. MarketLeverage, for example, offers a 5% commission from all sales made by publishers you refer to them. Just 10 People making $100 a month would get you a free $50.00. That may not seem like a lot but ad more people making more sales and that number can become very substantial.
