Really? I wonder why. Then again, one of the readers of my blog said the same thing, then finally tried it and said he wanted to beat himself in the head for not doing it earlier. With all the hacks we keep hearing about, one would think it would be a no-brainer at this point. Besides, you still have to do “something” in the update process. lol

I’ve mentioned the automatic update plugin before, but not too many people were fans of it. I guess they didn’t like the idea of WordPress updating itself. However, I use it without any problems.

Right now I use 4 & 5, and like those a lot, but I’m surprised you didn’t select WP automatic update, which I think is the most important plugin, since many people don’t update their blogs to protect themselves because they see the regular process as kind of cumbersome. I’m definitely going to look into that sitemap plugin, though; thanks.
